All of the crew were just very outstanding and organized throughout the entire flight, they were all generally very helpful and kind. The crew seemed to have this magic ability to make the flight more comfortable without the passenger having to even think about it, or try to ask for extra service. There was one point where I was reading in the dark and the crew member asked if I wanted the light turned on to read! Normally I don't sleep on flights, and the same crew member asked if I wanted ice cream since I don't feel like sleeping. The flight staff were all extremely courteous and attentive. First of all, the plane was very comfortable and had good leg room. Pros: "I've flown on many different airlines since I was 10 years old and hands down this Lufthansa flight was the best and smoothest flight I have ever experienced. Anotger passenger asked Jorge what beer it is and he replied, with contempt, " its German beer, its good"." I told the other flight attendant we need 5 minutes and he said OK. Can over and asked us what we needed amd if we need help.

I told him we are working on it and we will have her on the chair as soon as we can. Not in a manner I expect out of soneone in the service industry. Jorge the flight attendant saw her and told me to put her on the seat. We tried to keek her on the chair buy she started crying laying down on the floor infront of our seats. My daughter (3 years old) was a bit scared of the flight, tired and did not want to sit on her chair. Here we don't put ive if you do not ask for it".The incident that bother me the most is one that involved my kids also. He replied, with a patronizing manner "this it European company, not American company. When asking what drink we wanted ( the first time), i replied apple and orange juicewith no ice. Very uncomfortable, especially when it happens 6 or 7 times. On the flight, every time he with the food and drinks he just stood there next to me talking over my head with the passenger begind me. He said it will be passed later and then with a patronizing manner he gave another head phone set and said: "I guess we havw an emergency". One child had one on tye chair and I asked him if its suppose to be on the seat or given later on. Starting at the beggining of the flight before we took of I asked him about the head phones. Either lower the price or improve the overall experience."Ĭons: "The crew we had was very impatient and irritated quickly. $2,000 for an economy class is not cheap! And you don't offer a great experience. I payed $2,000 for that flight in economy.
That made difficult controlling the screen function with me stretching my harm over the other passenger's face. On my row there were 3 screens installed on the ahead seats, and my screen was by 3/4 in front of the passenger on my right. The seats are "growing" smaller and smaller, and the shape and mobility of the chairs makes them uncomfortable. I chose an aisle sea on a 3 seat row and I ended up on a 4 seat row and squeezed in between two other passengers. Seating not as expected! I chose my seat online and once on the plane I found out the organization of the seats was different than the one displlayed online. Entertainment presented movies that are old and have been dysplayed on flights for years. Improving that process by forming ordered lines would help. People just went to the gates after families, handicapped, vets, etc.passed the gates, business and first. Lack of clear signs and announcements didn't help to form lines. Cons: "The boarding process was confusing.
